Store Locator: The retail stores can provide toll free numbers for customers to find out the locations of various outlets of the store in different cities and states. The customer can simply say the name of the state and city without having to use touch tone buttons. The AscenTel™ Server answers the customers request by fetching the required information from the central database of store location information. Product Finder: Customers who are looking to buy a particular product from the nearest retail store can simply dial in the client’s toll free number. The customer can either directly say the product name or can select from a list of product categories. The customer can choose the desired product category and sub category to find the product he is looking for. On choosing the required product a list of retail stores where the product is available is spoken back to the customer. Other features available with this application include getting store address, store directions and also be able to connect to the store directly.

Product Shopper: Customers can have the complete shopping experience over the telephone with this application. Customers can browse through the product categories and find the desired product and hear about the product information and its specifications. The customer can then add the product to the shopping cart and continue shopping or check out. The customer will be required to securely log in with a password, in order to access his credit card information from his profile.
