Resource Manager

 Resource manager, as the name indicates, manages and synchronize the resources that constitute the system. The resources include ASR, TTS and Telephony resources. 

Resource Manager does the following:
 - Support Analog and digital telephone lines using Intel/Dialogic voice processing cards.
 - Support for Voice Over IP solution using SIP.
 - Support all basic call handling on telephone line. For example, new call, disconnect, DTMF,
   transfer of call and making outbound call.
 - Support TTS abstraction layer, which allow multiple vendor TTS and multiple language TTS in a
   distributed environment.
 - Support ASR abstraction layer, which allow multiple language ASR in a distributed environment.
 - Support outbound server / FAX server requirements.
 - Support diagnostic and monitoring interface of OA&M (Operation Administration and
   maintenance) tool for smooth and reliable operation of AscenTel™.
 - Interface for SNMP version 2.0 for notification of various failure events.
 - Support standard format for CDR..
