company, today announced Ross DiBella as Director of Sales.

that we consider crucial to drive our sales efforts and ensure our
continued success with our direct sales strategy.”
Prior to joining
Ascent, DiBella held senior sales positions at Creative Enterprise
Solutions, Media Knowledge Decisions and Advanced Information Systems,
where he successfully established Professional Services outsourcing
relationships with many companies including Aspect Communications,
Software AG, Avaya and Qwest Communications. In addition, DiBella also worked
in the National Accounts Division at Aspect Communications and AT&T
Solutions, where he managed several highly successful enterprise hardware
and software sales teams supporting Call/Contact Centers. Among his many accomplishments,
DiBella also achieved success marketing Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
solutions using Speech Recognition to drive applications for Fortune 500
accounts. Mr. DiBella is from
the New York City area and presently resides in Connecticut. He has a BBA in Marketing from
Pace University.
